  • How are your prices so low?
    Our car buyers are highly experienced and have all been in the motor industry for many years. They only source the very best and are very particular. Being a Car Supermarket with a vast stock enables us to obtain the best deals, passing the savings onto you.
  • Do you part exchange?
    Yes we do. You can bring your car to us or complete an on-line form enabling us to arrange an appointment to suit you. Once we have viewed your car our trained staff will be able to give you a valuation. Your cars condition and mileage are determining factors with regards to the valuation.
  • Do you check your cars?
    Absolutely, within our unique 4 point guarantee scheme we offer a provenance check, then they undergo a 114 point safety inspection check.
  • Can I test drive a car before making a commitment?
    Yes, we actively encourage you to test the car to make sure it is right for you, after all it's a big commitment and we hope you enjoy your car for a long time. Either call us on 01733 669600 or book an appointment through this website.
  • Do you provide finance?
    Yes. You can use our on-line calculator to determine your budget, our powerful search engine will return all the cars that meet your specific criteria. Also, visit our Finance page for a full explanation of the different finance options.
  • Will the car have a full service history?
    The majority of our cars do have a full service history, although some have a partial history. At the point of sale all our cars will go through an oil and filter service and we will advise you when the next service is due.
  • Will the car have an MOT?
    Yes all our cars come with a fresh 12 months MOT.
  • What will the road tax be for my chosen car?
    The Road Tax in the UK depends on the CO2 emissions. For your information we calculate this and display it on the vehicles detail page for each vehicle.
  • What warranty will I get?
    All our cars come with a 3 month warranty FREE of charge, this is based on a Dynamic Cover Level which is provided by our current warranty company, Warranty First.
  • Can I upgrade or extend the warranty?
    Yes, our warranty provider has several additional levels of cover, we have negotiated a preferential rate and you are free to upgrade at an additional cost. Please speak to one of our sales staff who will be pleased to provide all the necessary information.
  • If I see a car that I really like on your website can I reserve it?
    Yes. Either call us or reserve on-line and one of our sales staff will call you back.
    Note: To reserve a car, a refundable £99 deposit will be charged.
  • What finance rate will I get?
    As a finance broker we work with all the major high street lenders and will get you the best rate possible. All rates are based on credit history and personal circumstances and are subject to status.
  • What documents do I need to bring with me to arrange finance?
    We require a proof of address and either a bank statement, utility bill, council tax bill dated within 90 days and a bank card, unexpired passport or your driving licence.
  • Can you arrange the road tax?
    Yes this is generally a service we offer free of charge.
  • How quickly can I have my car?
    We can turn many of our cars around the same day, but you are free to leave it with us longer if this suits you better.
  • Do you charge for credit cards?
    Yes a fee of 3% is charged to cover charges from the bank. Debit cards and fast payment transfers incur no charges.
  • What is fair wear and tear?
    We try to be as transparent as possible in providing you with all the information you need to buy one of our cars. If we find a damaged area on the car when we inspect it, we repair it. Some minor imperfections that are commensurate with a car's age and mileage would be considered acceptable.
  • How do I reserve a car?
    You can do this by calling our sales advisors who will charge a fixed £99 fee to only reserve the car for 48 hours. This will not take the car off sale.
  • Do you deliver cars?
    Yes we will deliver anywhere in the UK mainland unless there are areas which are not easy to access.
  • How much do you charge for delivery?
    We outsource the work to transport companies or professional trade plate drivers who are fully insured and therefore charge £1.20 per mile.
  • Can you deliver to my work address?
    No the vehicle will only be delivered to the invoice address and valid ID must be provided as a photocopy.
  • Can I pay for a car on arrival of my delivery?
    No all funds must be cleared into our business account before any vehicle is released.
  • How can I take a vehicle off sale?
    A £500 deposit will take a vehicle off sale. It will then go into our preparation stage ready for collection. This deposit is non-refundable.
